Plain Conditions

Registration is not open yet. Until it is, the register-interest form only passes your details to Hesed Agency so we can contact you about the names you shortlisted. Nothing is charged and no domain is reserved. We use your details for that and for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

A domain is registered to the contact details supplied at checkout. You are responsible for renewal, for accurate registrant data, and for the ICANN or registry agreement that applies to the ending.

Privacy protection is requested where the registry allows it. Some endings, including many country codes, publish contact data anyway.

Premium names can cost more than the table price. Checkout re-checks availability and will refuse a name that has gone, rather than charge for it.

Website packages are design work, billed with the domain and scheduled after registration. They are not a hosting subscription.

If a registrar rejects a registration after payment, the domain fee is refunded. Design work already started is billed for the portion completed.
